No online gambling or remote casino services

This website does not provide online gambling, betting, remote gaming, real-money wagering, gambling accounts, deposits or withdrawals. Casino-inspired references describe interior design and hosted in-person entertainment, where play carries no stakes or prizes.

Descriptions, pricing and availability

Descriptions of rooms, event spaces and facilities are given in good faith and may change. Published prices are indicative starting rates; final pricing depends on dates, availability, occupancy, duration, guest numbers and selected services.

Booking enquiries, reservations and payment

Submitting a form or message is an enquiry, not a reservation; availability is held only once we issue a written confirmation. A deposit may be required to secure a date, with the balance due as stated there. No payment is processed through this website.

Cancellation, check-in and guest responsibilities

Cancellation and amendment conditions, including any non-refundable deposit, are set out in your confirmation and depend on the service and notice given. Arrival is from 2:00 PM and departure by 10:30 AM unless agreed otherwise. Guests are responsible for their belongings, their party’s behaviour and any damage caused.

Event spaces, private events and entertainment facilities

Event bookings cover an agreed space for an agreed period. Guest numbers, layout, catering, external suppliers, decorations, noise levels and access times must be arranged in advance, and reasonable venue requirements apply.

Conduct, safety and in-person services

Guests must follow staff instructions on safety, capacity and emergency procedures. We may refuse or end a booking in cases of unsafe, unlawful or disruptive behaviour. Every service described is delivered face to face at our address.

Intellectual property, liability, links and changes

Text, images, layout and branding belong to us or our licensors and may not be reproduced without permission. Information is provided without warranty that it is complete or error-free. To the extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this site, and nothing here limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Linked sites are outside our control, and we may change our services, prices or these terms.
